My Story
Valerie Turner, MS, has over 25 years of Clinical Data Management, Clinical Operations, International Project Management & Pharma R&D experience in both production and companion animals. She has led Global Data Management teams for clinical studies and International Project Teams comprised of cross-functional members (Regulatory, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Clinical Development and Safety) for the global registration of new veterinary products. She has aa broad range of experience in numerous product categories and indications that includes therapeutics, parasiticides, vaccines and in-feeds.
Prior to consulting, Valerie’s last role was Senior Associate Director of US Data Management and Clinical Global Innovation at Boehringer Ingelheim. She also held roles of Director of Food Animal Global Clinical Efficacy and Director of Global Clinical Operations at Elanco. She also held numerous roles at Novartis Animal Health, two of which included Director of Global Clinical Operations and Senior International Project Leader. Other organizations she has worked for include North Carolina A&T University, Bowman Gray School of Medicine, and the Hahnemann School of Medicine.
Valerie holds a Master’s Laboratory Animal Science (MLAS) from the Medical College of PA-Hahnemann School of Medicine at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, and a BS with an emphasis in Animal and Biological Sciences from Juniata College in Huntington, PA. Valerie currently resides in High Point, NC.
