Laurie Suson is a financial, marketing business analytics leader in the animal health industry with a keen acumen for consumer and veterinary trends, patterns and insights. She is an expert in product forecasting, modeling and field sales analytics to advise companies on increasing revenues, market share and profitability.
Laurie has led multi-million-dollar Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business initiatives that includes programs for consumer rebates, literature warehousing and fulfillment, and gold-standard industry market research and brand health reports for some of the largest animal health companies in the world.
Laurie has very strong brand management experience that includes brand strategy, product positioning, product forecasting pricing, digital marketing, key influencer initiatives, industry educational tools and veterinary business building tool for veterinary brands in the parasitology, osteoarthritis and ophthalmology categories. She also has robust experience in corporate finance, managing and analyzing the profitability of sales & marketing programs and commercial budgeting.
Prior to becoming a consultant Laurie held positions at well-known companies including Covetrus, Henry Schein, Vetstreet, Elanco, and Novartis Animal Health.
Laurie holds an MBA with Concentrations in Marketing and Financial Analysis from Wake Forest University and Bachelor of Science in Management with a Concentration Finance from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
