Kimberly has over 20 years of management, regulatory strategy, product development, delivery, and operational excellence experience in the Animal Health industry. She has led numerous regulatory projects in several markets including the United States, Europe, Asia, LATAM and MEA Regions. Kimberly has led and coached numerous diverse technical teams to achieve successful global outcomes in life cycle management and post approval maintenance, including pharmacovigilance. She has also led projects managing due diligence, all aspects of product development and the development and implementation of regulatory strategies.

 

Before consulting, she was the Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at Elanco. Other companies she has worked for include, IDEXX, Merial and Novartis Animal Health. Her private practice experience includes Banfield, PetSmart and a variety of small animal practices in Georgia.

 

 

Kimberly holds a DVM from Tuskegee University and a BS in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Tuskegee University.
