Kelly Doucette, DVM, is an industry expert in global technical marketing, innovation, and Key Opinion Leader development with over 30 years in animal health She has led numerous product launches in the US, EU, Japan, Australia, and Brazil in the areas of dermatology, and orthopedics/pain, including brands like Osurnia®. She has made lasting impressions with industry KOLs, led multiple advisory boards and summits in multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, and led Phase IV and post-marketing studies for nearly 10 brands.
Before consulting, her most recent role was as Senior Advisor External Innovation where she assessed over 100 assets per year in the areas of companion animal, food animal, aquaculture and digital for consideration for Elanco Animal Health’s pipeline.
Throughout her career, she held multiple technical marketing, advisory and field service veterinary positions in industry. In addition to Elanco, former companies include Novartis Animal Health, and Hills Pet Nutrition. Prior to industry, she was in practice as a small animal veterinarian for 5 years in the state of Georgia.
She has also been awarded multiple service awards recognizing her passion and talent in the areas of global technical marketing, global product launches, and sales in each company for which she has worked.
Kelly received her DVM from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine and has a BS in Agriculture from the University of Georgia.
